At Just Caking It, we take pride in delivering freshly baked, high-quality desserts and exceptional service. Because our products are perishable and often custom-made for your events, we handle returns and refunds carefully. This policy explains your options and how to request a refund.

1. Eligibility for Returns

• Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns of baked goods are not accepted once delivered.
• Exceptions may be made for items that are damaged, incorrect, or not as ordered.
• Custom, holiday, and branded dessert orders may be non-refundable or partially refundable, depending on the circumstances.

2. Conditions for Refunds

Refunds may be considered if:

• The product is delivered damaged
• The wrong item was sent
• The order does not meet the confirmed specifications

We cannot accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, event cancellations, or spoilage after delivery.
